Groove Connection Definition：
Groove Connection also called as Groove Clamp Connection , is a new type of connection method developed in China in the 1990s according to foreign technology.It is a quick connection mode processed into a ring groove in pipe and pipe fittings’ connecting parts.Composed of clamp parts ,rubber sealing rings and fasteners.
Groove Connection Principle：
The working principle of Groove Clamp is medium in the pipeline enters into the c-type rubber ring ,the pressure of medium is used to make the rubber ring pressed into the pipe hoop cavity to ensure sealing effect.What’s more , rubber sealing ring’s size is slightly larger than empty cavity of pipe hoop and pipeline .After tightening the bolt , the rubber seal rings will be further squeezed and the sealing effect will also be strengthened.
