Water Affair System
Common question in designing:
①According to users’ circumstance , the water divider can be customized for such parameters as hole spacing,thread height,cutting height,outside diameter and wall thickness etc;
②The bellows compensator is used to mitigate the effects of vibration and setting of equipment;
③It is recommended to use stainless steel support and hanger, if other metal material are used ,it’s necessary to use wooden or PE material spacers between the pipe and the support and hanger;
④Pipe clamps shall be used to fix water supply bolts and water distribution points;
⑤The pipe clamp shall be set at a distance of 40-80mm from the fitting;
⑥The bottom end of the riser shall be provided with a fixed bracket;
⑦Secondary water supply pipeline in super-high buidling should be combined with high-level water tank;
⑧Stainless steel pipe with plastic insulation shall be used for pipe diameter ≤DN50,and >DN50 pipe diameter shall be insulated with insulation material without soluble chloride ions such as foamed polyethylene ,rubber and plastic,glass wool,etc.The outer layer shall be wrapped with aluminum foil to protect it;
Common question in installation:
①Stainless steel pipe shall contact with cement slurry,mortar of concrete directly;
②Pipe opening should be clocked after installation is intermittent or completed;
③When the pipeline goes through the wall,floor or the embedded wall, it should be combined with the reserved hole slot;
④Waterproof measures should be taken when pipes pass through the outer walls of basement of underground structures;
⑤When stainless steel pipe is connected with valve water meter, it shall use converter than wire;
⑥Pipe installation shall be horizontal and vertica;
When the pipeline passes through the load-bearing wall of floor slab, the casing pipe shall be installed and strict waterproof measures shall be taken, in accordance with the following provisions:
a)The casing pipe inside toilet and kitchen , its coping should be taller than adornment ground 50mm.
b)For casing pipe in other floors , its coping should be taller than adornment ground 50mm.
c)The bottom end of casing pipe should be level with ground floor.
d)Both ends if the casing pipe in the wall should be level with decorating floor.
e)The gap between the casing pipe and pipeline installed in the floor slab shall be filled with flame retardant material and a waterproof ointment and the surface shall be smooth.
Common question in using:
①Avoid contacting with substance with high chloride content.
②Shouldn’t transfer drinking water which doesn’t conform to <Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water>(GB5749-2006).
Engeering System
Common question in designing:
①All pipeline system shall be made of stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings , and shall be insulated when in contact with other metal material;
②For buried laying of thin wall stainless steel pipe , it should use material of 022Cr17NiMo2 , and anti-corrosion measures can be customized by ZhengKang epoxy resin anti-corrosion pipe ;
③Pipes shall not be installed within the layers of reinforced concrete structures;
④When the length of the straight section of the thin wall stainless steel in hot water exceeds 15m,measures should be taken to compensate the pipe.When the nominal size is no less than40 mm,it is advisable to set stainless steel waveform expansion joint or linear temperature compensator , and the compensation amount shall be calculated according to 1.21mm/m;
⑤Stainless steel pipe coated with plastic insulation shall be used for pipe diameter≤DN50,and >DN50 pipe diameter shall be insulated with thermal insulation material without soluble chloride ions,such ad styrofoam polyethylene , rubber and plastic ,glass wool etc,and the outer layer shall be wrapped with aluminum foil paper for protection;

Home Decoration System
Common question in designing:
①Try to design pipe goes top rather than ground;
②Pipelines shall not be laid in bedrooms,storerooms,power distribution rooms and in wells , flue pipes air ducts and drainage ditches of strong and weak power pipeline;
③Pipe in wall;
Common question in installation:
①Elbow B is adopted at corner and narrow place to ensure a safe distance between pipe fittings;
②When part of the pipeline needs to be buried;
Common question in using:
Shouldn’t transfer drinking water which doesn’t conform to <Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water>(GB5749-2006).
Gas System
Common question in designing:
1.When the gas pipeline is connected with carbon steel press fitting,it should adopt the specified mode.
2.Pipes can be laid in the drainage ditch while for drainage , other circumstances should not be laid directly in the building drainage ditch,structural floor, bedroom , storage room,power distribution room and strong and weak power pipe well ,flue ,wind duct and drainage ditch.
3.The casing pipe shall be installed when the pipeline passes through the foundation, load-bearing wall or floor of the building.When the casing pipe goes through the floor, the upper port of the casing pipe should not be less than 50mm above the ground level,and the elevation higher than the bathroom floor should not be less than 50mm.Fireproof and waterproof sealing measures shall be taken between the pipe and casing pipe as required.
4.The main pipe and the vertical pipe shall be laid in the ceiling , pipe well , pipe hole and the branch pipe shall be laid in the leveling layer on the ceiling and floor or in the groove pipe along the wall .The steel pipe laid in the groove pipe shall be fixed by pipe clamps.The outer diameter of the branch pipe laid in the leveling layer or groove pipe shall not be greater than 25mm.
5.Special adapters shall be used for the inlet pipe , corner inlet pipe fitting , branch pipe connection and instrument connection.
6.The pipe shouldn’t pass through the settlement joint , expansion joint and deformation joint of the building .Drainage measures shall be taken when crossing is necessary and shall be protected by the following installation methods:
(1)Flexible connection or square compensator shall be installed in the middle of the pipe through settelment joint , expansion joint and deformation joint shall be installed horizontally;
(2)The outer surface of the pipe of the pipe insulation layer should have a clearance with not less than 150mm;
(3)The inlet end of pipeline should be equipped with maintenance valve;
Common question in installation:
1.When the pipe is applied , it should be installed after the wall painting of engineer is finished.Check the position of the reserved hole before installation.
2.The spacing of the fixed supports for the hot water pipe should not be more than 15m and also the spacing should be determined according to the thermal expansion amount of the pipe and the allowable compensation amount of the expansion joint .The fixing bracket shall be arranged at the reducing diameter , branch ,interface and passing through the two sides of load-bearing wall and floor slab , etc.
3.The maximum spacing of pipeline movable brackets can be determined according to table3.1.

4.When installing pipes with nominal dimensions of no more than 25mm, plastic pipe clips can be used;
5.In the water supply bolt and water distribution point should be fixed by metal pipe clamp or hanger and it should be set at 40mm-80mm away from accessories;
6.The distance between the outer wall of the pipe that bright compress is apart from adornment metope should accord with the following regulation:
(1)Nominal pipe size is DN10-DN25,the distance shall not be less than 40mm;
(2)Nominal pipe size is DN32-DN50,the distance shall not be less than 50mm;
(3)Nominal pipe size is DN65-DN100,the distance shall not be less than 100mm;
7.For concealed pipes, wrap anticorrosive tape around the outer wall of the galvanized steel pipe or use the galvanized steel pipe covered with plastic. The pipeline shall be tested before concealment and there shall be an acceptance record of the concealment works.
8.No axial bending or distortion shall be allowed when laying pipes, and no forced correction shall be made when passing through walls or floor slabs.When parallel with other pipelines , the protection distance shall be reserved according to the design requirements.When the design is not specified , the net distance shall not be less than 100mm .
Common question in using:
Static electricity and impact should be avoided during use.
Fire Protection System
Common question in designing:
1.Fire control and water supply facilities should adopt safe and reliable protective measures and their installation location should be convenient for daily operation and maintenance managemen.
2.When the fire water supply pipe is directly connected with the municipal water supply pipe and the domestic water supply pipe , the connection should be installed with a backflow preventer.
3.When high pressure or temporary high pressure fire water supply system is used outdoors , it should be used together with indoor fire water supply.
4.Outdoor temporary high pressure fire water supply system should be used to maintain the system’s water and pressure.
5.high pressure or temporary high pressure fire water supply system should be used indoor,and should not be used together with the production and domestic water supply system ,and it has an automatic sprinkler system.
6.When the system is applied locally and the indoor fire water supply system is only equipped with fire hose reel , it can be used together with the production and domestic water supply system.
Common question in installation:
1.Pipe network should be straightened before installation , and remove the debris inside the pipe.In corrosive places , pipelines and fittings shall be treated with corrosion protection according to design requirements before installation.The sundries inside the pipe shall be removed at any time during installation .Bolts and nuts of buried grooved pipe fittings should be treated with corrosion protection.Flexible joints shall be used for connection of buried pipes in the pump house.
2.Union joints are not suitable for pipes with nominal diameter greater than 50mm.
3.The minimum distance between the center line of the pipeline and the beam,column and floor slab.

5.The installation position of pipe bracket and hanger shall not hinder the spraying effect of sprinkler head .The distance between pipe bracket,hanger and nozzle shall bot be less than 300mm.The distance the nozzle and the end should not be great than 750mm.
6.On the water distribution branch pipe, each pipe section and the pipe section between the adjacent two nozzles shall not have less than 1 hanger frame,and the spacing pf the hanger frame shall not be greater than 3.6m.
7.When the nominal diameter of the pipeline is equal to or greater than 50mm,each section of water distribution main pipe or water distribution pipe shall have no less than 1 anti-rocking bracket , and the spacing of anti-rocking bracket shall not be greater than 15m .When the pipeline changes direction , it should add anti-sway support.
8.When the pipe passed through the deformation joint of the building , anti-deformation measures should be taken.When passing through the wall or floor slab , the casing pipe shall be installed. And the casing length shall not be less than the thickness of the wall , the top of the casing pipe through the floor shall be 20mm above the decorative ground.Bushing through the bathroom or kitchen floor shall be topped by 50mm above the decorative floor and the bottom of the bushing shall be level with the bottom of the floor.The gap between casing pipe and pipe should be filled with non-combustible material.
9.The vertical installation of the water distribution main pipe should be fixed with a pipe clamp .And at the beginning and end of the pipe fixed with an anti-shake stand or a pipe clamp.The distance between the installation position and the ground or floor should be 1.5-1.8m.
10.Water distribution main pipe , water distribution pipe should do symbol of red ring .Red ring symbol width should not be less than 20mm,interval should not be more than 4m,in an independent unit within the ring should not be less than 2 areas.
Common question in using:
The maintenance of carbon steel press fitting pipe for fire water supply and hydrant system shall comply with the relevant provision of GB50974<Technical Specification for Fire Water Supply and Hydrant System>.
The maintenance of carbon steel press fitting pipeline for automatic sprinkler system shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50261 with current national standard<Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Automatic Sprinkler System>.
