Development Status of Safety Gas System

Current situation of 1. pipe network

At present, indoor gas pipelines mainly use hot-dip galvanized steel pipe wire connection and stainless steel corrugated hose buried in two categories. The gas companies in major cities reflect the general situation as follows:
① Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe indoor wire connection: installation and later maintenance costs are high, easy to corrosion and paint removal, in ten to fifteen years after the cool and humid place (such as floor and cabinet table) corrosion is serious, and the replacement and transformation is quite difficult, prone to accidents;
② Stainless steel corrugated hose: the installation process is simple, the material and construction cost is high, suitable for buried;

II. National Policy

At present, the residential areas within 18 floors in the design are required to adopt the form of meter out of the home, and the residential areas above 18 floors are required to use wired remote meter reading. Therefore, the gas pressure type thin-walled stainless steel pipe has been widely used in the indoor gas pipeline. In the design of gas thin-walled stainless steel pipe, the construction, operation management, maintenance, engineering cost and other related issues are considered. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China attaches great importance to the promotion and use of thin-walled stainless steel pipes. The 2006 revised "Code for Design of Urban Gas" (GB 50028) has opened the door to the application of thin-walled stainless steel pipes in indoor gas pipelines. The newly revised "Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Urban Gas Indoor Engineering" (CJJ 94) also officially recommends the use of thin-walled stainless steel pipes.

III. Application Scenarios

① Indoor gas pipe
② Wall climbing pipe
③ Vertical pipe

Choice of 4. connection method

● Dual card pressure connection
● Carbon steel pipe clamping connection

5. Solutions

Stainless steel pipe and clamping type carbon steel pipe have good performance and beautiful appearance. No anti-corrosion is required, which reduces the operation and maintenance cost. The construction speed is 3-5 times faster than seamless steel pipe welding and galvanized steel pipe wire connection, which improves the construction progress and reduces user complaints. The labor intensity of workers is low, the installation cost is low, and water and electricity are not required. And it is a special construction tool, it avoids users from dismantling, changing and moving pipes without permission, reduces risks and prevents users from stealing gas. From the long-term development of the enterprise, it can save operation and maintenance costs and costs, and improve the contract performance rate and user satisfaction.
