Installation steps of double-pressure pipe
1. Pipe cutting
Cut the pipe to the required length with a cutting tool.
① Do not stab the sealing ring in the pipe fitting;
② The water pipe must be inserted in place;
③ Do not forget the crimping process.
2. trimming
The edging tool grinds the section of the pipe to remove burrs to prevent the sealing ring from being stabbed.
4. Crimping
Crimp the pipe fitting with a clamping tool, pay attention to the jaw (mold) and the R port of the product, and clamp in place.
3. Marking
According to the depth of the socket of the pipe fitting, mark the depth of the pipe to be inserted on the pipe with a marker pen to prevent water leakage caused by insufficient insertion depth.
5. Inspection
Use hexagon gauge to check whether the clamping is in place.

Cut the pipe to a length suitable for installation using a pipe cutter or pipe cutter as required.
The pipe with the nut is sleeved into the roll core of the ring expander, and the end of the pipe is against the limit step surface of the roll core. Press down the roller core, shake the handle to make the roller core rotate and drive the pipe and roller wheel to rotate, and the roller presses out the flange ring.
Insert the EPDM sealing ring into the pipe end in the correct direction. The thick end of the sealing ring is close to the convex ring of the pipe, and the thin end is close to the nozzle. Insert the pipe with the sealing ring into the pipe fitting, and screw the lock nut onto the pipe fitting.
Tighten the nut with a wrench to connect the pipe with the pipe firmly.

Precautions
1. Avoid heavy pressure, knocking, throwing and other behaviors that may cause deformation and damage of the pipe during handling.
2, familiar with the construction drawing, check the pipe, pipe fittings marked model specifications are in line with the construction drawing marking requirements.
3. Cut off the pipe with a pipe cutter or alloy steel saw blade cutting machine. The cut should be perpendicular to the pipe axis, and the burrs of the cut should be trimmed with a stainless steel special file or a thorn breaker.
4. When the pipe is installed in the embedded wall or buried underground, except for the pipe end socket pipe fitting mouth section, the heat shrinkable film wrapped around the pipe can not be peeled off, which can protect the appearance of the pipe and reduce the erosion of acid, alkali and salt substances. When the pipe is exposed, the protective film can be removed after installation.
5. Zhengkang pipe is a thin-walled stainless steel pipe. When it is connected with plumbing accessories such as valves, water nozzles, water meters, etc., it is not allowed to hinge the sleeve wire on the pipe, but should be transitionally connected through matching pipe fittings and other wire fittings.
6. Since stainless steel has a certain amount of thermal expansion, fixed brackets and movable brackets are set at appropriate positions, and should be considered together with the position of the expansion joint. Only one expansion joint can be set for the two fixed brackets, and the fixed bracket shall have sufficient strength.
7, when the pipeline through the wall, floor and embedded wall dark, should cooperate with civil engineering reserved holes, grooves; The size should conform to the regulations: the size of the reserved hole should be 50-100mm larger than the outer diameter of the pipe, the depth of the wall groove of the embedded wall concealed pipe should be the outer diameter of the pipe plus 20mm, the width should be the outer diameter of the pipe plus 45-50mm, and the net space on the top of the overhead pipe should not be less than 100mm.
