Card convex connection definition:
The card convex connection technology adopts Zhengkang's invention patent: "a pipe joint for pipes" (patent number: ZL01 1 05997.4), utility model patent: "a pipe joint for pipes" (ZL2004 2 0020559.2), and utility model patent: "pipe expanding device for pipe connecting pipes" (ZL2004 2 0021648.9). This technology draws lessons from and absorbs the looper flange and Japan flexible connection technology. It is a new type of pipeline connection technology with reliable and no leakage of thin-walled stainless steel pipes.

With a special pipe expanding tool at the appropriate position of the thin-walled stainless steel pipe end, the pipe is rolled from inside to outside (radially) to form a flange ring, then the pipe end with ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber sealing ring is inserted into the pipe fitting with socket, the lock nut is tightened, and the EPDM rubber sealing ring is pushed and compressed by the flange ring to play the role of sealing and connection.
