Carbon Steel Coated Piping for Gas
Classification
Summary
Coated Carbon Steel Pipe Definition:
On the basis of carbon steel as the raw material for the manufacture of pipes and fittings, the pipeline products are made of galvanized anti-corrosion or electrophoretic acrylic resin and then sprayed with orange epoxy resin on the inner and outer walls of the product.
pressure type connection principle:
The clamping connection is derived from the mature mainstream technology in Germany. Due to the full use of the effective rigidity of the carbon steel pipe itself, the caliper is used to crimp the connection between the pipe and the pipe fitting to realize the surface fixation, thus greatly improving its anti-pulling ability and anti-rotation ability.
The compression pipe adopts the advanced O-ring compression ratio principle. After the O-ring in the U-shaped groove is compressed, the O-ring plays a long-term elasticity, thus achieving the purpose of sealing.
Significant advantages:
Corrosion resistance
Long life
Easy installation
Maintenance-free
Low comprehensive cost
