B) The top of the casing in other floors shall be 20mm higher than the decorative ground.
c) The bottom of the casing shall be level with the floor.
d) Both ends of the casing in the wall shall be level with the finish.
e) The gap between the casing installed in the floor and the pipe shall be filled with dense flame-retardant materials and waterproof ointment, and the end face shall be smooth.

Using FAQs:

① The piping system should all be made of stainless steel pipes and fittings, and should be insulated when in contact with other metal materials.
② For buried thin-walled stainless steel pipes, 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 grade materials should be used, and anti-corrosion measures should be taken. Zhengkang customized epoxy resin anti-corrosion pipe or three oil and two cloth anti-corrosion methods can be used.
③ The pipeline shall not be cast in the reinforced concrete structure layer.
When the length of the straight section of the hot water thin-walled stainless steel pipe exceeds 15M, measures should be taken to compensate the pipe. When the nominal size is not less than 40mm, stainless steel wave expansion joint or linear temperature compensator should be set, and the compensation amount is calculated as 1.21 mm/m (≤ 60 ℃)

Design FAQs:

1. When the gas pipeline adopts crimping type carbon steel connection, the explicit setting method shall be adopted.
2. Except for drainage, pipelines can be laid in drainage ditches. Other situations should not be directly laid in drainage ditches, structural floors, bedrooms, storage rooms, distribution rooms, strong and weak current pipeline wells, flues, air ducts and drainage ditches.
3. When the pipeline crosses the foundation, load-bearing wall or floor of the building, the casing shall be set. When the casing passes through the floor, the upper port of the casing shall not be less than 50mm above the ground elevation, and shall not be less than 50mm above the ground elevation of the toilet. Fireproof and waterproof sealing measures shall be taken between pipe and casing as required.
4. Main pipe and vertical pipe shall be laid in suspended ceiling, pipe well and pipe hole. Branch pipe shall be laid in suspended ceiling, leveling layer of floor (ground) surface or pipe groove along the wall. Steel pipe laid in pipe groove shall be fixed by pipe clip. The outer diameter of branch pipe laid in leveling layer or pipe groove shall not be greater than 25mm.
5. Special conversion joints shall be used at the inlet pipe, folding angle inlet pipe fittings, branch pipe connections and instrument interfaces.
6. The pipeline should not pass through the settlement joint, expansion joint and deformation joint of the building. When crossing is necessary, drainage measures shall be taken and the following installation methods shall be adopted for protection:
(I) pipes crossing settlement joints, expansion joints and deformation joints shall adopt flexible connection or set square compensator, and shall be installed horizontally;
(2) There should be a clearance of not less than 150mm on and under the outer surface of the pipeline or pipeline insulation layer;
The water inlet end of the (III) pipeline should be provided with a maintenance valve.

Installation FAQ:

1. When the pipeline is exposed, the installation shall be carried out after the wall surface of the civil engineering is whitewashed. Before installation, should first check the position of the reserved hole is correct.
2. The distance between fixed supports of pressure-connected carbon steel pipes should not be greater than 15m. The distance between fixed supports of hot water pipes should be determined according to the thermal expansion of the pipeline and the allowable compensation of expansion joints. The fixed support shall be set at the positions of reducer, branch, interface and crossing both sides of load-bearing wall and floor slab.
3. The spacing of pipeline movable supports can be determined according to Table 3.1.

4. When installing pipes with a nominal size of not more than 25mm, plastic pipe cards can be used.
5. The water supply hydrant and water distribution point shall be fixed with metal pipe clip or hanger; pipe clip or hanger should be set at 40mm ~ 80mm away from the fittings.
6. The distance between the outer wall of the exposed pipe and the decorative wall surface shall meet the following requirements:
1 When the nominal size of the pipeline is DN10 ~ DN25, the distance shall not be less than 40mm;
2 When the nominal size of the pipeline is DN32 ~ DN50, the distance shall not be less than 50mm;
3 When the nominal size of the pipeline is DN65 ~ DN100, the distance shall not be less than 100mm.
7. For concealed pipes, anti-corrosion tape shall be wound on the outer wall of carbon steel galvanized steel pipe or carbon steel coated galvanized steel pipe shall be used. The pressure test shall be completed before the pipeline is concealed, and the acceptance records of concealed works shall be provided.
8. When laying pipes, there shall be no axial bending and twisting, and no forced correction shall be made when passing through walls or floors. When it is parallel to other pipelines, the protection distance shall be reserved according to the design requirements. When there is no requirement in the design, the net distance shall not be less than 100mm.

1. Fire-fighting water supply facilities should take reliable protective measures, and their installation location should be convenient for daily operation and maintenance management.
2. When the fire water supply pipe is directly connected with the municipal water supply pipe and the domestic water supply pipe, the connection shall be installed with a backflow preventer.
3. When the outdoor use of high-pressure or temporary high-pressure fire water supply system, it should be combined with indoor fire water supply.
4. The outdoor temporary high-pressure fire water supply system should adopt the pressure stabilizing pump to maintain the water filling and pressure of the system.
5. Indoor should use high-pressure or temporary high-pressure fire water supply system, and should not be used with the production and living water supply system;
6. When the system is partially applied and the indoor fire water supply system with only fire hose reel is provided, it can be used together with the production and living water supply system.

Installation FAQ:

1. Before the installation of the pipe network, the pipeline should be straightened and the debris inside the pipeline should be cleaned; in corrosive places, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out on the pipeline and pipe fittings according to the design requirements before installation; the debris inside the pipeline should be cleaned at any time during installation. The bolts and nuts of the buried grooved pipe fittings shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. Flexible joints shall be used for connection of buried pipes in pump house.
2. The pipe with the nominal diameter greater than 50mm should not adopt the flexible joint.

5. The installation position of the pipe support and hanger shall not hinder the water spray effect of the nozzle; The distance between the pipe support, hanger and the nozzle should not be less than 300mm; The distance between the pipe support and the end nozzle should not be greater than 750mm
6. Each straight pipe section on the water distribution branch pipe and the pipe section between two adjacent nozzles shall not be provided with less than one hanger, and the spacing between the hangers shall not be greater than 3.6 m.
7. When the nominal diameter of the pipeline is equal to or greater than 50mm, each section of water distribution main pipe or water distribution pipe shall be provided with no less than one anti-sway bracket, and the spacing between the anti-sway brackets shall not be greater than 15m; When the pipeline changes direction, anti-sway brackets shall be added.
8. When the pipeline passes through the deformation joint of the building, anti-deformation measures should be taken. When passing through the wall or floor, a casing shall be added, and the length of the casing shall not be less than the thickness of the wall; The top of the casing passing through the floor shall be 20mm higher than the decorative ground; The top of the casing passing through the toilet or kitchen floor shall be 50mm higher than the decorative ground, and the bottom of the casing shall be level with the bottom of the floor. The gap between casing and pipe shall be filled with non-combustible material.
9. In addition to fixing the vertical water distribution main pipe with pipe clip in the middle, it shall also be equipped with anti-shaking supports or fixed with pipe clip at its starting end and terminal end. The distance between its installation position and the ground or floor should be 1.5 -1.8m.
10. The main water distribution pipe and water distribution pipe shall be marked with red or red ring. The width of the red ring mark shall not be less than 20mm, the interval shall not be greater than 4m, and the inner ring shall not be less than 2 places in an independent unit.

The maintenance of the crimped carbon steel pipes of the fire water supply and fire hydrant system shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Technical Code for Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant System" GB 50974.
